I've had my juniors working with Mary's journal for about 3 months now and it's greatly improved their ability to debrief and journal after practices or matches, by giving them easy to follow prompts that other journals simply lack. As the title suggests, these are more than a simple shooters journal, and for the price, you get so much more, which is alignment with how Mary is as a mentor in general. Some journals out there for the sport are bare bones. Others are complex in terms of recording as you would a workout or gym log.. this is much different and allows the athlete to look inward much more readily and guides them into making this a part of their process. I'd definitely buy more for all of my shooters in the future and can't recommend this enough
